Despatch & Delivery Information
Any orders below £6 excluding delivery will automatically be refunded.
All Orders are despatched within 5 Working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Unless otherwise stated in product despcription. We only have ONE collection per week which is Saturday Morning, all orders will be despatched Saturday, we are looking into 2 collections a week but as of yet we only have the once.
Throughout busy times orders will be despatched within 7 working days.
PLEASE ALLOW 14 WORKING DAYS NOT INCLUDING STRIKE DAYS FROM YOUR DISPATCH NOTICE FOR YOUR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED. ROYAL MAIL ARE VERY SHORT STAFFED AT THE MOMENT DUE TO THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES.
**ROYAL MAIL have informed us that they are anything up to 14 WORKING DAYS behind on deliveries, this excludes strike days! Until the 14 working days are up we cannot rectify any delivery problems. If your delivery is late due to Royal Mail we cannot compensate, this situation is out of our hands entirely. Only after a 30 day cooling period can we claim for any missing orders.**
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or missing in transit, therefore we cannot refund any orders that have left the premises.
If you are unable to collect your order from a post office (if you are not in at the time of delivery) and the order is sent back to us, we can resend this order for the original postage cost to you, made by bank transrer. We cannot refund any order that has already left our premises unless there is a mistake on your order at our fault.
In some cases we send orders recorded, if we have proof of signature from the Royal Mail tracking website as proof of delivery we cannot refund or remake your order if you claim to not have received it.
