ALL of our items are copyright to Cre8ive Crafts. Any other individual or business seen to be replicating any of our designs / ideas will have legal action taken against them.

All Orders are despatched within 5 Working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Unless otherwise stated in product despcription.

Throughout busy times orders will be despatched within 7 working days.

PLEASE ALLOW 10 WORKING DAYS FROM YOUR DISPATCH NOTICE FOR YOUR ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED. ROYAL MAIL ARE VERY SHORT STAFFED AT THE MOMENT DUE TO THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE ONLY ENQUIRE AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD IF YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. WE CANNOT RECTIFY ANY POSTAGE PROBLEMS UNTIL THE 10 WORKING DAYS ARE UP.

In some cases we send orders recorded, if we have proof of signature from the Royal Mail tracking website as proof of delivery we cannot refund or remake your order if you claim to not have received it.

**AVON Customer Notice**

All items will now be sent out with the NEW AVON URL which is to be used from 2nd February. Despite information on the pictures on the website everything will be sent out with the NEW URL STORE LINK, we are updating picture information as and when we can.

***CLOTHING RANGE***

We outsource our clothing range, we use a third party company which deals with payments, production and despatch of all items on this tab. Unfortunately our personal discount codes do not work for any items included here.

If there is a problem with your order and you have supplied us with an email address we shall notify you in this manner. We shall then give up to 48 hours for a response, (depending on work volume) after which we shall issue you with a full refund for the item(s) in question. If any box is left unfilled with information your items will have this section blank.
